Have to travel 100km+ daily, got rejected by some customer, and some little pressure by superior and they gave a distribution subscription to some dealers, if they have their own warehouse in every district this would helpful to sell the product why I am telling this the distributor are the competitor to other shops so they won't buy

It's a very good company where I learn lot of new things if you are skilled and hard working person you will be definitely regoniced and management will have close eye on you what you are doing so if you give 100 percent there wil be 100 percent payback for you.

Working on the sun . Traveling full time from one work site to another will make us tired. The resting time will be low. By traveling without rest I had some health issues that's why I have resigned.(But this my personal reasons, everybody has different)

First of all company never value there employees. We work 16hours per day till 12PM everyday. Daily target and manager forced for dump material to achieve target anyhow. And manager also blackmail to the candidates. No one happy with this company even dealer also disappointed with company.

Many things as I faced lot many issues with the management, the hierarchy, the dealer, self respect matters to everyone, but here in asian paints we have to work as that we don't have that, they used to assign lot much of work that single person cannot do on a daily basis, they will literally use employees for their frustation, theydon't even recognize how a person works much harder and in return we will get only humiliation, when it comes to dealer behaviour they even don't treat employees that they are educated and have some potential that they are in this position, dealer treats employees just like labours, I lose my self respect and everything, literally I worked like a goat to Asian paints but in return I received such a humiliation and all, the hierarchy (unit head, SSO, SD) these people do nothing regarding work but they do know only how to torture an employee in all basis. Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. Many bosses don't support their team so inspite of working hard u won't get job satisfaction Performance appraisals and Mid review pattern need some structure.
