Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. Many bosses don't support their team so inspite of working hard u won't get job satisfaction Performance appraisals and Mid review pattern need some structure.

No work life balance and will get frustrated after a period of time . Culture in furnishing is poor as they don’t have any process and people from the furnishing industry are lacking leadership skills

Everything was at worst No control on union,they talk to executive very rudely. You can not complaint to higher management about union,they will sta you don't know to handle manpower. No work appreciation for north people in Hyderabad plant,high level discrimination for performance rating and promotion. Notice period will be 3 months,no negotiation,no buyout acceptance.
