A lot. I think the biggest issue with the company is that there is no leadership in the company. The people who are designated as leaders are at best really poor managers and have got no guts to stand up for the right. The company talks about diversity, equity and inclusion but there is no value or respect for independent thoughts or voice. Most things happen based on massaging the ego of hierarchy. This has resulted in a "yes man" culture and a very strong boss culture. The company and hierarchy is only interested in increasing the numbers and targets with no regard to employees or their issues. The leadership of the company has probably taken a conscious call to test the boundaries (both professional and personal) of the employees to the extreme, probably with the understanding that in India you'd never run out of needy folks who would do practically anything to earn good money.
