Asian Heart Institute has transparency and clear about the policies and processes. Colleagues are humble and supportive. Good work environment. Open to learning and ready too adapt to change. Management is extremely supportive and will finds multiple ways to retain good hardworking employees.

Dislikes

Home food should be allowed for staff and provide provision outside the hospital premises to bear in mind the health of the person. Everyday canteen food is not feasible for health too. Canteen food quality is not good and over priced too.

You have to do your job, no other options. You have to develop your skill and update yourself with current industry development and all skills are applied on daily work force. You have to manage time, work force, priority and strictly adhere with standard processes. For all these scenarios, AHI is a very good place to work. Nobody is allow to disturb you. You plan, develop and get results.

Dislikes

As contract staff like cafeteria using LB washroom and this washroom haven't soap etc, so that staff serving foods and that's is very pathetic. No one is observing this.

They will put you to a situation where even if you donot know how to tackle you have to and noone is there to help. You will learn how to find solutions to your problems and fix it on your own

They will not give you credit over your works and also the ones who are good in oiling the senior management is on the beneficial side. Even if you are had working but your co colleague gets all the priority with the availability from the conpanies side. Extremely toxic environment in which you feel to be caged and any small mistakeyou are beem threatened to leave the designated position. People being extremely partial and the most important thing is they donot let you avail your own PL SL or CL. That also requires their permission. You are been left on the desk alone with noone to assist in rish hours. People also donot care if you are having meals in the 11 hours of shift. Some of the doctors are so irresponsible that they think of themselves as god and donot value the time and patience of the relatives. Everything else, I didn't get the job role I was hired for, I am not allowed for any leave all my leaves are unpaid. Absolutely no job security you never know which day will be your last working day.
