Everything else, I didn't get the job role I was hired for, I am not allowed for any leave all my leaves are unpaid. Absolutely no job security you never know which day will be your last working day. Favoritism and politics are clearly the norm here. Some employees get quick promotions based on who they know rather than their actual work and managerswho love to credit for your work.
