There is nothing to like here. I would never like to work here. I will not suggest anyone to be a part of this organization.

Dislikes

Firstly they will lie to you regarding the package. You would be offered great but there a lot of deductions that are totally unnecesary. You will be asked to submit all your original documents and if you want to take them back you will be asked to pay 50000 rs. Environment is like jail. You are not allowed to carry phones or even talk to people. No homefood allowed to carry. This becomes one more expense. No allowances for night shifts<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I was designated as a duty manager, management trainee in hospital operations. But i was more of given tasks of front office billing, patient relation officer (Opd & feedback collection) which had no connect to my MBA degree.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

50 percent of Salary is deducted for first 3 months without any prior information. Unnecessary deduction of salary on small things. In the end you will get a payment less than your. travelling expenses.

Work Details

Its a torture. In night duty RMO cannot even rest his head on the table. If found so by duty officer they take your picture and salary is deducted. The week off just goes in sleeping after torturesome two night duties which is compulsory.
