I hate the management , they fool all employees

Every thing , food is given like as if employees are dogs and animals , unhygienic food , salary is always deducted for every employee , Overtime is necessary , no compensation is given against over time , In short " its better to sit without job rather than working there" . zero appraisal 1000 rs in 1.5 years or no . All have to work as night duty manager without extra income , compensatory off. All new joinees are being fooled there. Very Very high employees attrition rate....Read More

I was highly motivated before joining , but i saw during my job span 1.5 years , its the tortured environment there , because , management make fool out of employees .
