Exposer to new sites ,, client and company visit give you a good experience and on ground experience

Dislikes

Work load is quite often so worklife balance is not there also paid leave is not available, incase of any personal emergency there is no paid leave and hence salary get deducted also salary day is 15th of every month.

Asia SS industries is a kitchen equipment manufacturer. I learned all about how to tackle a project and how does a company work in the edge of internet. Good experience.

Good company but Low salary.

It can be call ad good life from others. I deal individually with the project and complete the project.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
