Ashwini hospital is reputed hospital in solapur.The work quality of ashwini hospital is excellent.I like Hospitals Protocol.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The sallary packages are not good as compaire to education and skills.And I don't like the way in which they given the post to the candidate.If M.sc. well Qualified student is like to work in that hospital laborotory then they don't give the respected post to that candidate.The MLT, B.sc.,M.sc. are work in same level after permanantand also salary are same to the all type of employee even if the employee fron 4th class,ony 2 to 5 hundred diff between the salary of all employee....Read More
