They like to bring in new technology whenever need arise.

The directors ar not sure of what they want. People on top have no domain knowledge. Company is running on hit and trial basis. The directors are arrogant and the company has no value of efforts. The work is imposed as per their own wish not as per skill of individual. In recent past, they have fired people who have dedicated their precious time without considering their personal lives. Firing is Ok, but not giving something their due is not OK. Enjoying the fruit of someone's hard work without giving credit to them is so uncool. A really unstable & irritating place to work. Their bonus and incentive plans are hoax, created in a manner that its difficult to achieve it, which kills all the motivation. Even if they pay the incentive, they delay it so much that the impact an incentive should create is almost zero....Read More
