Everything else, specially the gender regressive work culture. The H.R comes up with arbitrary rules that sometimes crosses the line of harrassment.. And there is zero flexibility for work home. Also no peovision for medical leave. Also the work hour is strictly 54 hours per week that violates most basic premise of labour law. And learning opportunity is very less.
