Heavy work load. Company is taking advantage of having corporate office set-up outside Mumbai. If the company had similar set up in Mumbai the employee cost would have been three times. In Nashik where the corporate office is located employees don't have much of career options so they have to adjust with low pay scale plus long working hours. Employees of certain dept don't even get weekly off. Employee promotion policy is also very slow. Many mid management positions are vacant. All the work carried out by juniors and Dept Heads. In few departments management trainees report to GM or DGM there is no one in between. Average Annual payment hike % is also very low. Any extraordinary work done by employees is hardly recognised.
