The R&D division is a third-class place to work. Total contrary to the name “Innovation & Knowledge Centre” as there are no innovative let alone knowledge. No skill development, no job satisfaction (only experience I have gathered is how to use “Jugaad” in everything), salary scale is horrible. Will treat you like a labor, pay cut on taking essential leaves. This company is only interested in events & social activities like games & stuff. It is a horrible feeling to go to work everyday as there is no work related activities & management is only interested in generating data & immediately drop the project claiming not sufficient budget for instruments procurement. No appreciation for work, management have no visibility about running projects and corruption is high, people have own favourites and they get all the facilities and perks, others are like pigs for your work
