Ashpura IKC R&D working just like a government institutions.

Dislikes

The IKC R&D management didn't appreciate any hard working and knowledgeable employee, they only prefer to give benefits to flatterer. As the name innovation and knowledge centre but the working direct opposite as fun and games competition centre. Approx 70% manager (scientists) have not required knowledge and manegment ability, they only hold position by grace of R&D head. Management and HR team of IKC R&D always create discrimination between MM and lower grade employees like mobile phone conditions, use of canteen for lunch etc....Read More

Nothing likeable. It’s just so frustrating working here.

The R&D division is a third-class place to work. Total contrary to the name “Innovation & Knowledge Centre” as there are no innovative let alone knowledge. No skill development, no job satisfaction (only experience I have gathered is how to use “Jugaad” in everything), salary scale is horrible. Will treat you like a labor, pay cut on taking essential leaves. This company is only interested in events & social activities like games & stuff. It is a horrible feeling to go to work everyday as there is no work related activities & management is only interested in generating data & immediately drop the project claiming not sufficient budget for instruments procurement. R&D head always reminded me of the mad king Mohammad Bin Tughlaq. Unnecessary shifting of lab instruments from here to there in regular basis for manpower engagement (i.e Mad King shifted his capital from Delhi to Daulatabad). Unnecessary switching of manpower from one to another department. Creative mind of dust free R&D lab set up. Taking party from new joiners, so more new joiner means more party and fun....Read More

Very poor behavior with resigned employee. You will have to pay out notice period time after resignation. They will accept the amount by cheque shamelessly. But you will not get mediclaim even after having accident during serving notice period.

very slow promotion and promotion slabs are many fold. like in Junior management level to middle management level , it will take approx 10-12 year in this company and then in MM level , you have to spend 10 more years to reach on Senior managment level.
