Management, Company long working hours ( more than 12 hours) and Sunday working. no benefits. Managements do not want any new ideas. Worst TEch side. U can learn Grammer and mail writing with Xcel shortcuts from Management ( they are best in this) rest of company sold to Azelis.

Ashapura Aromas is a very Horrible and uncultured company. A company which does not know how to respect , behave with theirs employees. They perfectly know how to play the bad games with their employees. The managing directors demand for respect and it is put in their so called SOP. Please read all the other reviews nothing at all is good about this company.

Working hours. Strict timings to reach office ,but when you have to leave office in the evening that is when the actual drama starts.Either you are called in for reporting or called in for exhaling the SOP , or your are asked to prepared unwanted reports , Report for your PM (PENDING MATTERS). Through out the day the same things happens without any concrete pr productive works and at the end of the day just to make sure your don't leave on time this kind of harassment is intentionally done not only to the men but so to the ladies staff who stay far away. There is no humanity left. You can alao be called on Sunday as per the managments convenience and yes there is staff who loves to do all this just to be in the good books of the MANAGMENT. They take reporting from some staff at late nights as per their convenience and early mornings as per their convenience. Dirtier part is if any girl employees is seeing talking to a male employee on the floor or at each other's desk the Managing Director or Chairman will come out of their cabin and frown at them and pass such indecent statements as if it's an illegal thing.
