Such a poor NGo, have been thru with a worst experience which I never had with any other companies, and full of fake admissions and fake reports. Project manager of Chennai doesn't have any qualities to be as a project manager. Head of the department is very worst, full Of money minded, it's better the funders can do a monthly audit since everything is fake, all elder aged women who. Is not appropriate for the course will be admitted by the senior community mobilizer Mrs. Shanthi, over all they are eating the money of the funders. Cognizant is one of their funder and I am surprised how they deal with this group.. Also there is no biometric, no CCTV not even a good rest room facilities, On a nutshell I would not even rate 1, and would recommend the system to be closed with appropriate actions.....Read More
