I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Poor management, career growth is ok but so much delay in appraisal. You have to suffer so much for appraisal

All staff members were in Friendly manner. The HR shivani ma'am was very supportive, helpful. The Team leader was co-operative. I made friends also during working time. I didn't want to left that job,but during that period l was persuing a I. T course. So, I could not able to do the time management for my course and class. I don't like anything from the company

The organization is very worst and frustrated environment also management is not good. There is no time limit for the work. No worklife balance. Not proper arrangement of drinking water and bathrooms. Saturday and sunday there is extra work. So hectic place to work. In 15 days they give training and give all the responsibility and they require work 100% error free. Even their QA's also don't know what to do further. The company policy's are not good. The working environment as well as the staff is not helpful at all, during the training and in the production itself. The training is not accurate at all. The seniors are terrible while interaction or communication, there is no any professional background they have.
