I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Good company with lots of team members, timely payment. Company policies are good. As per my knowledge, it has structured way of process and they are trying very to much automate most of the process.

Dislikes

Less carrier growth and less increment. No separate training for new joiners, direct on job learning. Management needs to improve on treating the team members and work distribution. Work life balance is not that great! Most of the days needs to extends (Various reasons).
