Ascent is the most happening company in the recent times. Management do considers employee suggestions, concerns and complaints when making decisions. It provides the opportunity but you should be capable enough to grab those for career development. The only reason not to give 5 star is unethical floor behaviour. Activities needs to be carried out to keep the employees cheered and refreshing.

Work Details

As an Executive, being in agile framework, i would say work is bit stressful only during the Sprint. This may not be the best Company to be in, but not the worst too.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
