Ascent is the most happening company in the recent times. Management do considers employee suggestions, concerns and complaints when making decisions. It provides the opportunity but you should be capable enough to grab those for career development. Dislikes

The only reason not to give 5 star is unethical floor behaviour. Activities needs to be carried out to keep the employees cheered and refreshing.

Work Details

As an Executive, being in agile framework, i would say work is bit stressful only during the Sprint. This may not be the best Company to be in, but not the worst too.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
