I will give 3 yrs working experience at Asc infratech Pvt Ltd but no promotion, no bonus & no increment. Why that is a bed behaviour with casual employee. I m site engineer & I worked 3yrs at Asc infratech Pvt Ltd but not carriers at Asc infratech Pvt Ltd.
