Guys please do not work in this company-- , if you receive an offer also please reject it and look for better opportunity somewhere. > Hire Fire system, no job security at all. >From top managers to Hr to admin team everyone are puppet here, they do not have any role to play in the company instead follow what the founders instruct th em. > Sale keey naam paar mazzak banakar rakhey- Har din kuch nah kuch sale rakhtey hein jaise- Voltas day, Refrigerator day, cooler day LG & Samsung day etc and ask the employees to extend late night and work. >Arzooo wll be asking to reduce the price of the products from the sellers and will add 7%-9% margin of their own. And last if the products does not get sold your manager will ask why the product is not sold....? Everything. 1. Toxic Work culture [Managers call the employees even if they are on sick leave or had an accident and ask them to come to office] 2. Single-handedly decision-making by one and only founders without involving the concerned teams. [Some of the Engineering teams were asked to work 6 days/week despite they already working round the clock<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Reason: As per the COO, since they are in an early stage startup, people need to give more working hours without added incentives</mark>.] 3. As per the CEO, all the employees who come post 11 have a lifestyle disorder and should consult a doctor. 4. Founders are egoistic and live in their own world. They consider employees as labourers. Asks employees to come to office on weekends and holidays also. 5. Management is there for showcase only. They don't have any decision making power whatsoever. All power lies in the hands of Founders and management is nothing but their puppets especially the Head of Engineering. 6. No appreciation whatsoever. 7. People who talk more and send out a lot of mails i.e pretending to do a lot of work - are promoted and appreciated while the ones actually working hard are sidelined. 8. HRs force the employees to give 5* rating across the platforms. 9. A lot of experienced people left the company within months of joining. 10. No work-life balance. 11. The head of this headless organisation thinks of himself as the modern day Genghis Khan. "We're creating a pathbreaking platform.. it's my dream.. " then you work 16 hours a day no, you can't ask someone else to work on your dream, sacrifice his/her life for your future. This dude, and I'm serious, in 2022-23, this dude has fired people, hardworking people who had given 2 years to this company, 6 day a week, 12-13 hour shifts, when they asked him for a 10-day leave for their wedding. I now know at least 3 people who've faced this stupidity. And he's like who takes sooo many leaves for a wedding. Luckily for me, I was able to make a phool out of him for months, when he's in HSR office, I'd say, I'm in orr, if he's in orr, I'd be in hsr, if he's traveling back and forth, I'm in the studio, lol. Also, he's a typical mohalle ki aunty, if he sees a man and woman talking, he be like.. kuch to gadbad hai Daya and fires one of them or both of them. He believes in all sorts of rumours that come his way, doesn't matter how absurd. Here's one from me, do you know that your lap-d*g is spreading rumours about you being total bankrupt and your argh-zoo burning down to the ground by May?
