Except for the people that I met @ Arzooo, there is nothing likeable about the company.

Dislikes

Everything. 1. Toxic Work culture [Managers call the employees even if they are on sick leave or had an accident and ask them to come to office] 2. Single-handedly decision-making by one and only founders without involving the concerned teams. [Some of the Engineering teams were asked to work 6 days/week despite they already workinground the clock. Reason: As per the COO, since they are in an early stage startup, people need to give more working hours without added incentives.] 3. As per the CEO, all the employees who come post 11 have a lifestyle disorder and should consult a doctor. 4. Founders are egoistic and live in their own world. They consider employees as labourers. Asks employees to come to office on weekends and holidays also. 5. Management is there for showcase only. They don't have any decision making power whatsoever. All power lies in the hands of Founders and management is nothing but their puppets especially the Head of Engineering. 6. No appreciation whatsoever. 7. People who talk more and send out a lot of mails i.e pretending to do a lot of work - are promoted and appreciated while the ones actually working hard are sidelined. 8. HRs force the employees to give 5* rating across the platforms. 9. A lot of experienced people left the company within months of joining. 10. No work-life balance. 11.
