Everything is fine in Arzooo company, but if any employee asks the boss for any solution, he is fired immediately. This is cultural. After placing an order on Arju, it takes at least 15 to 20 days to deliver And this is also not confirmed, whether the order will come or not, the payment of the buyer is made, if someone is asked to correct it, then he speaks, he does not do anything.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
