There's nothing to like in the company. Worst company ever. You may join it since you're jobless. However, post 3 months you will regret being jobless was much better than joining this company. There're 100s of senior leaders who have left/fired from the company and can be connected on LinkedIn. Take their opinion and do not spoil your mental health. Yes- whatever the HR head is trying to say to you while interview, it's all lie - You will get 0 variables - yes big ZERO. you will work 6 days if you're lucky. if not it's 7 days. you can't leave the office before 8 PM or else people shout at you asking- half day....!
