There's nothing to like in the company. Worst company ever. You may join it since you're jobless. However, post 3 months you will regret being jobless was much better than joining this company. There're 100s of senior leaders who have left/fired from the company and can be connected on LinkedIn. Take their opinion and do not spoil your mental health. Yes- whatever the HR head is trying to say to you while interview, it's all lie - You will get 0 variables - yes big ZERO. you will work 6 days if you're lucky. if not it's 7 days. you can't leave the office before 8 PM or else people shout at you asking- half day....! CEO of the company has no idea how to run the business and takes your feedback from some stupid close idiots, who have no idea or experience of working in a company ever before. (this team of people is called chamcha and they've mastered the degree of pleasing CEO by letting him hear what he wants to hear, They will never be fired, and never work because their role is to give feedback about the entire company and they will never give good feedback because if they do, they have no role to play). imagine an executive-level chamcha giving feedback about a director? so based on some stupid unexperienced lier, your job will go....Read More

The ceo and cofounder is a bit confused and it’s like a daily wage job. The founders can throw anyone out if they feel, just feel that you’re not working or if they don’t see you when they want you (you can even be on leave ) it’s over. Pathetic place to work for
