HR Team - first company where Gundas are employed in HR team, act as puppet to the CEO and convey the same. No ethics/humanity from this team If you want to join the company, better have 4-5 phones. your phone might be thrown any time by the CEO during meetings Those who are willing to join should be ready to get kickings if you don't perform, if you object, the HR will fire you. Hire during sale time and fire after sale gets over Ambitionbox should consider having negative ratings also. if you do so, you will hit a century with negative ratings within 24 hours. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
