If you are someone who doesn't want to use your brain this is the ideal place . Ideal if you can be an obedient slave

The whole culture is toxic , it's the master slave system. The double crosser culture is highly prevalent and encouraged by the family ,not treated with respect or requires any skill to work here .A peon can call the head office with accusations. no one smiles here. The family talks about Christ but it has nothing to do with the ideologies of Christ n his love.Very arrogant family ,they love is only money , no infrastructure to any international standards.They collect/ buy these awards and are building a brand with no ethics or systems or proper impartation of education.They cheat employees wages. It is only about the family ,name &fame .Teachers are not allowed to go or do any trainings ,the exit from this place is very difficult . Violations, No questions can be asked. Principal is horrible in Nerul Ryan International school. She treats teachers as servants and labour. No respect at all for teachers in Ryan nerul. It is a hell working there.
