Arya Vaidya pharmacy provides a decent work culture and company policies. Its a great place to learn and start career.

Dislikes

The basic pay of the doctors and even the chief doctors are very less. And even after working for years there has been no appraisals and incentives. Salary /appraisals policy has to be restructured completely according to the city. This has to be considered at least for the professionals. There has been no response even after requesting for the pay raise from many doctors around the cities. To be frank the pay is not even close to industry standards....Read More
