Good place for freshers where they can learn more about health care and scope for growth. Learnt many things and I got good appraisal compared to my friends I learn more in this company. No work pressure or targets and flexible shift timings.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The managers will not be there in the floor after 9pm in the office

So many first thing you can’t go out after 10pm to get food bcuz lift will be off if u go out you need to take steps till 5floors .. Hr is not at all supportive in anyways they won’t hire experience people bcuz people who are working there all are freshers who just pass out from college.. salaries they pay very less
