Job security, work culture, management, school policies and decipline is excellent.

Dislikes

Teaching with innovative way is necessary for growth of children.so this is important to every school to maintain this facility. But in Arya Mahila college this was missing.

Work Details

This job is intresting. I learnt many things in the job. Some problems was there like work pressure. But I learn to manage this type of problem after spending time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
