Workload is at worst level no colleague help for new teacher also the management and HOD always show interest in gossips and back bitching, politics are their priority, worst working hrs they will ask u to sit till 8.45pm to complete their work. I have never seen such careless management and HOD. I'll never ask anyone to join this esteem

To work with my team it was interesting for beginners. starts the academic year there was training sessions for faculties, n many more.
