Overall, the experience has been aweful. Let me cover the company's culture first. It has been a nightmare, no respect and there is a lack of basic decency in the workforce. Secondly, the work. Where should I begin. Complementing with the utter incompetent workforce, everyone is talented enough to pass the buck. There is no real work, people rely on the brand reputation that Arvind might have achieved years back. People are recognized(no doubt) but there is no correlation between the skills and recognition.
