After covid working like Lala company. NO HR body as worked, HR team working under head of department . If you working for HOD you got too many benefit ,if you worked for company fever you got economy loss, you work since long dept HR pressurised to resign .

Pay scale is low as per work profile and now a days no one take responsibility if bottom level surfing from trouble and if bottom level handle that than no any reward given in engineering department specially, in corporate sector company is good they have enjoy all holidays and events which organised by hr team,there is lots off regination from engineering department but no body understand why talented people are going from the company etc.......Read More

I am capable to handle my finishing area also lead my team and manage all iso external and internal audits but no value of that i also ask before resignation sir what about my permoson they replied i will try but chief engineering said no and after resignation they ready to give me all that think but why not value me before resignation.

People, policies. Management believes in old employees only. They don't take a holistic view. They want ybe now comers to change the organization but hey will pass throughessgw to to the old ones. Finance. Management is dependent on finance completely. Surrendered to marketing.

Just depends on everything on reporting manager, For me 4 reporting managers changed within 6 months after that the existing employee low salary below in me put on me reporting manager. He was targeted on daily basis to moved out, the same thing I have been informed to higher HR manager and other sinior person's also but no body help me, finally after my 5 months resignation he was tried to theft in DC security is catached up and he also runway to home...Read More

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

It is very rare that every person gets salary according to his capability. Salary should be given as per the capability of the person and the most important thing is that skill matters.
