I joined this co. as Plant head. They were in deep trouble with Maruti. I enjoyed my work as there was a lot to improve and that is what I did.

The owners run very stingy in investing> Some very wrong decisions by the management and I preffered to leave.

Team strength not good . Cant reliable with down the level team .Since our business volume is also low so its may not be possible to increase the over-head cost . Some time work pressure is less but but some time huge pressure . this is only due to weak team (down the level).

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
