I joined this co. as Plant head. They were in deep trouble with Maruti. I enjoyed my work as there was a lot to improve and that is what I did.

Dislikes

The owners run very stingy in investing> Some very wrong decisions by the management and I preffered to leave.

Last 8 years interacting with our Honorable Customer Directly for any development purpose . I always love to work with such level persons and suppliers directly . Team strength not good . Cant reliable with down the level team .Since our business volume is also low so its may not be possible to increase the over-head cost . Some time work pressure is less but but some time huge pressure . this is only due to weak team (down the level).

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
