They are providing quality of leads and good supporting of sales head, every month starting they provide a salary up-to-date as well as incentives also

Dislikes

Good team management and great support from management people especially for sales, they believe major role for sales every real estate company that's why they provide maximum support to sales.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
