Very toxic culture specialy by BH Mr, Sanjoy Guha, he was egostic person he was used abused words during the on duty and doing insult his team member widhout looking presens of other team memebers and senior management persons, one8 brand image is very very negative in all states due to not sattles distributors f&f any single distributor was not happy for work with this brand

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
