I had good team mates but unfortunately they all left one by one for the one and only reason i.e. pending salaries. Artifacts doesnt believe in giving growth to the employees as they know that if they will give growth then they have to increase salaries too. Overall Artifacts has to be black listed.

Dislikes

Artifacts India is the most worse place to work at. They dont pay salaries to their employees and over and above that they harass their employees to the core. I too have not got my salaries of 4 months and have even filled a police complaint. Please tell me if you guys can help me out in getting my pending dues from there.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
