Terrible work culture. People in upper management has no vision and keep doing multiple things at a time. Everyone in the company is jugaadu and does not work by envisioning about future requirements and hence, keep struggling with the same thing time to time. People who work seriously doesn't get any recognition while people who are good at politics thrive in the company. Hiring is not based on skills, but on the basis of your network. For ex. CRO doesn't know shit about Risk strategies and has no background in Risk sciences. Still was able to grad over a crores package. Salary sometimes come on time and sometimes get delayed by 10 days. Some days it feels like our job is secure since the company is doing well and some days it feels like job is gone. No stability. Anything can happen anytime....Read More

Terrible Experience with Unethical Practices.My experience with has been extremely disappointing. This company prioritizes uneducated and unprofessional employees while letting go of well-educated and deserving individuals. I had a very negative experience with Sanu Maity, who works as an IT Administrator. He is heavily involved in office politics and frequently provides false feedback about deserving and experienced employees. Instead of promoting a healthy work environment, he protects unprofessional colleagues who engage in drinking and smoking withhim, fostering a toxic culture.
