Got to know a lot of things . I gained so much knowledge working in this prosperous hospital.

Dislikes

Workload is soo much (even sometimes I get 7 patients and sometimes I had to work regularly for 9 nights) in comparison to payment . There is no teamwork between the staff members and the seniors ( *only 5 months before me they started working but are behaving like seniors* )are really good at their bad behavior and lying about anything so that I get scolded . Everything is good here I really love this place but, it would be very nice if the people around me respected everyone . If I worked at OPD department or ER department that I would rather be working here ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
