Working with ARS had given me a better and comfortable ambience. There are lot to learn and gives out much better exposure where certain companies seldom do. I do have a total of 12+ experiance within Technopark. ARS does give opportunity however, the sad part is that there are certain managers within the company that pulls down many employees. These crooked managers trap certain poor employees who have least experiance and has not seen the IT world much. That should be totaly eradicated. I do not prefer to say the name and bring down the company well being. It was be really satisfactory once if certain managers especially who are handling the NDW project should be eradicated. Then will the company become a best place to work....Read More

Job was good and Better, preferably nice. There was no any such formal training session in the beginning. What all learnt was bought in place while on work which was disastrous. All good except the crooked nature of manager. Apologize to be blunt.
