Overall my Department is good, and Good support I have received from my reporting manager and higher officials. No comments on that.

Dislikes

Cross-functional department is very worst, everyone works on ego. No one holds responsibility/accountblity of their projects, CM/Ops/Cata/Production/Supplychain. No clear commuuniticaion among theirself. Overall work culture is very toxic in Hyd.

They make false promises regarding work environment, incentives. Without even letting one to complete the training they ask to hop on the floor and attend the clients (escalated ones), will not provide you with the proper KT as well.
