Nothing it’s pathetic and horrible experience I had specially dirty politics which happened and still going on The Managers and head of the department’s are worst they don’t care about their employees

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
