When i joined APS shanker.. vihar there was no documentation and work going on for special kids..i started working from scratch My experience at Army Public School, Shankar Vihar, was not positive, primarily due to the actions of my reporting manager, Manju Sinha. Her hostile and toxic behavior created a difficult working environment for me. Despite presenting well-structured programs and reports, she consistently dismissed my efforts, often stating, "We don’t do it like that," without offering any valid alternative or guidance. Moreover, her lack of expertise in special education, coupled with her role as a PGT in psychology, severely hindered my ability to perform effectively. Over time, I learned from the school counselor that Manju Sinha was struggling with alcoholism and severe depression, manifesting in psychotic symptoms. While I sympathize with her struggles, I found it highly concerning that the school allowed her to continue in a leadership position, especially when it directly affected my ability to execute my responsibilities. Despite my multiple submissions of reports and evidence to the Head of School (HOS), there was never a formal meeting between me, my reporting manager, and the HOS to resolve the situation. The absence of support and communication meant my contributions to special education were overlooked, creating a professional vacuum. I can now conclude that as long as Manju Sinha remains in her position, meaningful work in special education at APS Shankar Vihar will not flourish. but today i am stronger and more immune to toxic persons like ms. manju sinha than you but no thank you. i mail the company about my experience letter too they never gave me....Read More
