I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Though my working period was for a very short span of period I really enjoyed my working period.Today also I miss those moments spent with my students .And also my co colleagues was superb they helped me in needs during my working period.I feel not only me but everyone will love to work in such a enviorment.

Dislikes

Everything was fine but only one thing was difficult was to attend college early in the morning wearing traditional n all.

Work Details

Honestly love working hours spent with the students and also colleagues.Generally many a times library remain boreing and silent with a very less number of users ,but here variation is totally opposite with students remaining all the free class.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
