Wonderful environment for those who want a secured and trouble free life. Management is good and salary on time. Fixed eight hours duty. First and Third Saturday close. No work load.

Dislikes

No career prospect. No appraisal of good work. No learning scope. No promotion. Poor salary and very less increment. Discrimination among the staff.

Lots of things can be learn by the beginners. Verbal as well as written communication skills develops in this organisation.

Dislikes

very -very less opportunity for carrier growth and well as there is no job security. There is no incentive for performance as there is no formal / effective performance appraisal process.
