1.If you are working and then go to Armstrong for salary hike 95 % new joiners either resigns after 6 month or due to torture leaves job
2.If your daily time sheet not filled by any reason such as website problem, internet or forgot in work then company deducts salary of one day if 3 time sheets not filled. Average every person looses at least 2 working days salary .
3. It's man driven company no policies no culture
4.you will always in fear for your Job security

Armstrong fosters a family-like culture with supportive colleagues. The Recruitment team is highly efficient, and events are entertaining. Teamwork in the few departments is commendable, and the work environment is approachable and collaborative.
Dislikes
The Accounts team tends to be rude. The ER system requires improvement, and the DA needs a revision. Founders should limit their involvement in minor operational matters. Micromanagement in Robotics Department must be looked at. They have started 6 days working now. And Attendance login is strict in minutes.

So I started my journey in this company in 2021, Armstrong is like school for start of your career where you get to learn explore deeply and gain knowledge of every department transparently.
Most liked process like in my work time:
1. The HR and teammates prepares a smooth on-board for employees meeting / introducing each and every department individual which gives good friendly start. Introducing new activities or learning.
2. Apart for the on-board I observed that the HR gives you flexible availability understands your problems technical issues or any other....
3. You can explore every department technology as there's no barrier for learning kept.
Infact the Owner and Chairman himself are so pro active and transparent with employees which give support and comfort.
4. The nature of employees which is the best part of having friendly environment from the HR team to the ground level workers .
5. Support level from the senior managers / leaders gives push to your work related to any sort of guidance or new learning.
6. So it's myth from everyone I say imagining that the HR is enemy for employees with reason of termination or exit or problems, I believe HR is mediator between management and employees but in my time what I experienced is the support towards employees side is first from the HR head and team.
7. So apart from points I believe if you want to grow up make entry to company and get started, it's not about keeping good image giving good points but I think personal traits or anger is jot way to showcase here.

So there are no such dislikes but we can say somethings need to be improved.
1. Direct connection of managers to MD and Chairman to be stopped, there should be a Director leading for every dept.
Direct escalation to be not accepted in any case weather employees are old or new.
2. Manners from employees at basic level should be followed having habits behavior communication way.
3. Micromanagement should be stopped for upgrading technologies and things.
4. Job description and scope should be cleared by the manager with help of HR.
5. Unwanted post promotions to be stopped which relates that if employee is favorable or old only after interview for the position the promotion is to be done.
6. Management should go through HR for delivering rules policies or any state change in work.
7. Most important point favorism to be stopped .
8. Favorism for / from old people is to be stopped.
9. I specially felt that some team leaders directly communicates with you having oldage experience in company having favor from higher management and the user has to perform the tasks fearfully. Or any unnecessary tasks are also assigned which are doesn't into your profile scope.
10. Even there are some cases where your being asked to do which are easy and out of the scope too, eg: calls asked for to start cpu which is self independent task, hdmi cables, managing audio systems, and so on ....
11. Main is there should be IT Director for process and policies which actually creates aura towards department.
12. Respect for Infra team I felt is just as backend worker . Where anyone blindly just orders and the has to be done because there are some VIP names heard.

SCM - don't care site requirement they will take months to deliver small stuff on site.
IT- this department has its own ego. Never response mail and meetings.
Electrical- don't know what type panel and system they are designing for every project.
Automation - high internal politics. control by few people with lots of domination.
Most of people & managers eating tobacco in toilet.
Useless site travel and stay with very less benefits. Accomodation is most thrid class level.

Here as for learning perspective you can learn a lot. No one is going to stop you but you cant grow financially or technically if you stay here for long time.
The team will support you if any mistake you have committed.
No one will tell everything solving a problem so you will automatically learn the thing you solving it yourself thats why i said you can learn new things.
Dislikes
1. There is less possibility that you can get managing position or other higher ranks because those places can never get vacant.
2. The company never helps you they always get attached with their policy.
3. They monitor you like kids, for eg if you go to site you have to punch in with truein before 9 at site. And punch out properly.
4. Even if you do great job they wont recognise you that easily.
5. You wont get lot of leaves. They give no OD for travelling.
6. Daily you have to fill 3 form about what you worked today, even if you are working with a headache under pressure you have to fill it or else you wont get salary.
7. They wont give appraisal that easily.
8. At site you need to adjust you can get good rooms for staying.
9. DA is very low only 500 at site. If you go to metro cities you have to spend it from you pocket.
10. Literally we engineers stay at site for 3 months. Most of the engineers eat at road side dirty shops just imagine how would be their health if this situation is for 3 months 😂.
However they give insurance policies to help you out of this.
11. One of the poorest HR management, they can never realise what is their work is actually.
TO THE COMPANY,
When you are running a company you must have an attitude you the person selling the machines you not behave like a street vendor come come see my office see out project. You guys have completed these many projects then you must have created that impact till now without any visit you must get the order. You need an attitude, this i saw very cheap. You are for 25 years in the same conveyors still you are calling customer and showing those same conveyors. Never seen such silly organisation.
Why you guys implanting in the employees heart saying that customer is our priority and your attitude is also the same. You can’t understand you can get customers easily but you never get a good employee that easily just analyse how many skilled employees have resigned and analyse the reason.
Whenever we hear customer is our priority it feels unsafe. Understand the customer wont treat the employee as same way as you treat at the site.
