It's a big organization to be work with but not good for Indian expats, staff will treat very poorly

Dislikes

1. Indian expats has to learn arabic, no one speaks english, meetings are done in Arabic, expats are not involved for any decision. No job security as expats will be on contract bases. Only you will get a good package

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
