1. Work life balance: ish company me work life balance kya hota hai pta hi nhi hai. Samajh nhi aata company me kaam kr rahe hai ya dukan pe. Ye company "Abhishek punia" ( director - jo galti se bana diya) naam ka ek gadha paal rahi hai jisko na kaam aata na hai na kaam krana aata hai. 2. Salary and benefits: salary and benefits sirf uska diya jata hai jo Abhishek punia ke bekar ki bato ka hn me jabab deta hai. Ya uske betuke se comment pe hasta hai. Hard work vale ke liye yaha kuch nhi hai. Usko Bde vala C samjha jata hai. 3.Job security: job security Abhishek punia ke Ego pe depend karti hai. Agr uske sath bhess kr lo to vo apko turant nikal sakta hai jisme aap shi ho aur vo galat phir bhi aapko hi nikala jayega. 4. Skills developments: Ish company ko join krne k baad aap skills development kya hota hai vo apko Google pe dekhna pdega. Qki jish company ka director Abhishek punia jesa gadha ho vha development ram bhrose hi hogi. 5. Company culture: log office ishliye jate hai taki vha unhe acha culture and ache log mile. But ish company me aake apko lgega jese kisi pub me aa gye ho. Aur pub 🍻 me kya hota hai subko pta hai. 6. Overall: Abhishek punia ko dekh ke mughe Ashneer Grover ki ek book ka title "Doglapan" vo yaad aata hai. Itna third class and pathetic insan hai life me koi aur nhi hoga.
