Higher managemenr is good, loe leval some of seroius have lots of minus points , like giving prefrence to same religious . Some of security have serious reason in there home country but no help from there supervisor ,line manager. 2. I work 4yrs 7month in arkan but no physical activity in camp like gym. 3. Plus point of this company 'Kitchen for cooking. Because of this facility i give refrence to my friend's to work in arkan. 5. Dislikes

Company should give vacation time to time ,without delay days, Because some security have some function wich celebrate with family. Need to provide gym. Need to upgrade medical insurance card upper leval. In 2014,15 medical card ,insurance company is very good, now is noot good for, small problem they take more then 4,5 hour . We have to Waight for aproval. Even for xray also.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
