I have worked for Aristocrat technologies. The work is challenging and full of learning. Have technically strong teammates. Appraisal/travel/politics varies from team to team. Work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

Few teams does have unprofessional management, they are just focused on there growth.

No job security! Lot of politics ! Top Management is good for nothing and is not at all knowledgeable ! Zero maturity! Lots of favoritism and politics! Tension due to politics and job insecurity! They can kick anyone out anytime ! They have done it many times.
